Why is it that the father you had in HS is not the same you have in college, is not the same you have when the business was at 1422 San Marco, is not the same that was at 5211 Fairmont, is not the same at 7529 Salisbury?
What drives a man, who is recovering from Prostate Cancer to get in a truck and run the project from the truck? Why not pay people to do this work for the company? Why is there a need to micro-manage the work?
People follow leaders, if you micro-manage the business from the top down, what example do you show to others? Its OK for people to second guess you? The sales team? No. It ends somewhere here and you let people know what their places are and that is it.
